Meet the Prosperl CPA Team

Nikita Bansal, Tax Associate, holds an MBA in Finance, certification as an Accounting Technician and is working towards becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA).

Nikita loves new challenges and enjoys dancing, trekking, exploring new destinations, and gardening.

Danielle Poidomani’s background in accounting and tax spans more than a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College. Using her past experience as a Senior Tax Accountant and entrepreneur, Danielle works with Prosperl clients to ensure their understanding of each personalized tax and wealth building strategy.

Danielle lives in New York with her husband and children.

Nick Carbone’s extensive background in financial planning began at Salve Regina University, where he earned both a B.A. Degree in Finance and a master’s degree in Homeland Security and Intelligence with a concentration in Cyber Security. He uses his own experience as a business owner to help clients understand the complexities of advanced tax planning.

Nick is passionate about helping PROSPERL clients achieve their financial goals through strategic and advanced tax planning by prioritizing clear communication, transparency, and client education.

A resident of Woburn, Massachusetts, Nick, and his family enjoy summers at Suncook Lake in New Hampshire and winters snowboarding throughout New England. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, fishing, freediving, coaching and playing soccer, hiking, snowboarding, and cooking.

Stacey Owen, Executive Assistant, is a native of Washington State, and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Washington. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Accounting Administration, from her work with the CEO and COO of an accounting firm.

When not fielding her diverse duties at PROSPERL, Stacey can be found backpacking on the Wonderland Trail with her husband, entering marathons and tending her home farm near Mount Rainier.

Dilip Shukla, Tax Manager, has 20 years of experience in Tax law and regulations in industries such as Insurance, Pharma CAPS and Manufacturing. As an Enrolled Agent (EA) and Commerce Graduate, his expertise lies in the preparation and review of Individual, Partnership, and corporate tax returns.

Dilip enjoys going to the gym, meditation and watching Cricket matches.

Adit Shah, Tax Associate, is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Chartered Accountant with expertise in the preparation and review of Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns. Adit is currently pursuing his CPA.

Adit is also a passionate musician, who enjoys jamming with his band on weekends. He also stays active by playing pickleball and cricket.

Maria Tan specializes in tax document preparation, data entry, and management. She was born in the Philippines and holds a bachelor’s degree.

As one of the original team members at Mark Perlberg CPA, Maria has integrated the company’s mission with her own at both the individual and organizational levels.

In her spare time, she spends time with her three young children and friends.
