Tax work with the strategy left in.

Two ways into the same advisory practice. Start where you are, and follow the training that matches your stage.

Path one

Students & recent graduates

Start with hands-on preparation and compliance training, then complete the three-week advisory bootcamp. You will meet clients early, work with a named mentor and follow a defined progression from intern to associate.

Path two

Experienced tax professionals

Make the move from compliance to proactive advisory: advanced planning methods, client strategy meetings, ownership of outcomes and coaching responsibility, with a visible path from senior to manager.

How Prosperl develops advisors

Your first year, step by step

Advisory judgment is taught here, not assumed. This is the sequence every new team member follows, adapted to the level of their role.
01

Foundation

Build the preparation, compliance and technical fluency your role requires, with review feedback from a senior practitioner on every engagement.

02

Bootcamp

Complete our structured three-week advisory curriculum: case studies, multi-year projections, entity strategy and direct feedback on your recommendations.

03

Client exposure

Observe and then contribute to strategy conversations within the timeline approved for your role — typically inside the first two months.

04

Mentorship

Meet twice monthly with senior practitioners, plus outside specialists for advanced planning topics, to review live work and your development plan.

05

Progression

Take greater ownership of planning, client communication, implementation and team development against published expectations for your level.

Indicative capabilities at each level. Advancement is earned against published expectations, not automatic.

Research, schedules and deliverable support under review.

2. Associate

Preparation, compliance and first-draft planning analysis.

3. Senior

Projections, strategy modelling and client-facing presentation.

4. Manager

Relationship ownership, review, implementation and coaching.
